Step 1
Start with a 12″ ribbon piece. This length is more than you will need but a good practice length.
Step 2
Fold in half and hold loose ends with thumb & index finger.
Step 3
Insert opposite index finger into loop and twist. The tighter the twist, the smaller the flower.
Step 4
Fold twisted ribbon in half, securing loop and two ends with thumb & index finger. Remove index finger from loop and it will twist onto itself.
Step 5
While holding loose ends tight, slide loop end toward the top. Rose will form.
Step 6
Glue remaining “tail” from loop to underside to secure. Cut off loose ends or allow to dangle.
